The purpose of singing is not to impress others, but to heal ourselves and bring more joy into the world. Singing is a breath practice that vibrates our organs and activates creative centers of our brain. This live zoom Body-Led Singing class welcomes all levels! Together we will learn cutting edge vocal exercises to improve ease, tone and resonance. The goal is to move through challenges with more joy and resilience, to unravel tension through vocal improvisation, and breath-connected movement. My classes have consistently attracted supportive, caring, and empathetic people.
